Holistic wellness educator Raiza de Vera will guide participants through simple yet profoundly impactful practices of breath regulation, somatic stress release, and visualization to support a balanced nervous system and cognitive longevity. Sessions include guided techniques and a complimentary lunchtime or beverage takeaway from our grab & go case to replenish focus and strengthen mental performance post-practice. These are seated, work-attire friendly exercises—no mats, no changing clothes, and no prior experience required.
